Open this in Genie ↗Step by step
- Start with the situation, your feeling and the result you want. Use the prompt formula below rather than a one-word request.
- Read the first answer and correct anything that does not fit. Tell Genie what it misunderstood or what you have already tried.
- Ask one focused follow-up: “Give me an example”, “Ask me one question at a time”, or “Make the next step smaller”.
- Finish with one action and a check-in question. Save the insight in your journal, then report what happened when you return.
Try this
I feel ___ because ___. I want ___. I have already tried ___. Help me choose one realistic action I can take today. Ask a question first if you need more context.
If answers feel generic
Add a concrete example, a constraint and a timeframe. “I avoid sending client proposals; I have 20 minutes this afternoon” is easier to work with than “help me manifest success”.
Keep your own judgment
Treat a reply as a suggestion to examine. Correct factual mistakes and verify consequential information independently. You can ask for a gentler tone, a short answer or a practical checklist.
Where the controls live
The app source includes a Help tour, Previous chats and Clear chat in the chat menu. The signed-in chat controls were not independently captured in this tutorial; use the labels shown in your version. Export anything important before clearing a conversation.
