Build a five-minute daily practice

A small routine you can repeat without turning it into another demanding task.

Step by step

  1. Minute 1: name how you feel and one thing you want to focus on. Choose one goal rather than reopening every problem.
  2. Minutes 2–3: ask Genie one focused question. Read the reply and ask for a smaller or clearer step if needed.
  3. Minute 4: write one insight in Mirror Journal. Keep it concrete: what you noticed, what you learned and what you will try.
  4. Minute 5: choose one action you can complete today. If you have a 7-day plan, use today's action as your starting point.
  5. Tomorrow, return with the outcome. Tell Genie what worked, what did not and what changed.

Try this

Today I feel ___. Yesterday I tried ___. The result was ___. Help me choose one small action for today that fits my energy and available time.

Make returning easy

Bookmark Chat, Journal or your plan in your usual browser. Attach the practice to something you already do, such as your morning drink or your evening wind-down.

On a low-energy day

One honest sentence and one tiny action are enough to restart. A streak is a reminder to practice, not a measure of your worth.

Weekly review

At the end of the week, read a few entries and ask: What helped? What felt too big? What will I repeat? Use the answers to adjust next week's focus.
